 We are so honored that you are interested in the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) and in the Orleans Chapter, NSDAR,  in particular.  The NSDAR is a society to perpetuate the memory and spirit of the men and women who achieved American Independence, to promote the development of an enlightened public opinion and to foster patriotic citizenship.

Who is eligible? Any woman, 18 years or older, regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background, who can prove lineal descent from a Patriot of the American Revolution. A complete list of accepted Revolutionary War service can be found here.
